A: Every tenant needs to pay their business rates direct to the local council.

A: Yes there is a meeting room to hire seating 12 people that can be hired by the hour, half-day or full-day.
Q: Do I need a solicitor?
A: No the Tenancy Agreements have been designed and written so that anyone can understand with confidence.
Q: Do I pay a deposit?
A: Yes. All space at Waterfront Studios is subject to 3 months deposit.
Q: Do you rent fully serviced office space?
A: No, it's our experience that tenants prefer to keep costs to a minimum and manage their own services Waterfront allows its tenants freedom of choice.

Q: How do I pay?
A: The initial deposit is taken by Bankers Draft. Subsequent monthly rental is paid through standing order in advance.

A: Just contact the centre to start the ball rolling.
Q: How long will my lease be?
A: For office space the agreement is 3 years, however you can give 3 months written notice at any time . All other space is a fixed 3 year lease.
Q: What sort of properties do you have to rent?
A: Office, light commercial, warehouse and storage
Q: When can I move in?
A: Once all the paperwork is complete and finances settled - as soon as you like!
Q: Am I entitled to any notice breaks?
A: Office and storage units are entitled to notice break periods dependant on lease term agreements. All other space are set terms with no breaks.
Q: What access will I have to my property?
A: All space is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Q: Is parking available on site?
A: The centre has 42 dedicated car parking spaces that can be rented on an annual basis for £500 per annum.This is in addition to the rental of any business space.
